Clive Markland
Clive Markland is the CEO of FMG Construction. He has over 15 years of experience in construction management and oversees all managerial operations for the company. Some of his responsibilities include administering contractual obligations, coordinating document control, contracting staff, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met, and more.
Clive’s ability to not only manage complex client engagements but innovate and improve processes greatly contributes to client success and growth in economic development. He does this by innovating current operating processes—both on and off site, optimizes contract terms, adheres to strict delivery schedules, and produces strategic solutions to key constraints and roadblocks that impact project deadlines and/or project scope.

David Ferez
David Ferez, President of FMG Construction, is a proven leader in both residential and commercial construction. He has over 20 years of professional experience and a Master of Arts in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University.
David establishes lasting relationships through open communication, collaboration, and unrivaled craftsmanship. Time and time again, he and the rest of the FMG Construction team not only meet, but exceed client expectations.
This is greatly contributed to his ability to also establish strong relationships with top architects, engineers, and general contractors. David has completed more than $50 million worth of Job Order Construction (JOC) work for the City of Houston, Metro, and multiple independent school districts throughout Texas and Mexico.

Alex Galloway
Alex Galloway is the Office Manager and Project Coordinator of FMG Construction. He has over 10 years of experience. Working as the liaison between owners, project managers, and subcontractors, Alex’s core focus is customer service and project deliverables; although he also oversees all administration and finance activities.
His background and knowledge in project management ensures every concept is designed and built to the highest standards and in a timely manner. This goes hand in hand with the company’s core belief in using only high quality materials from vendors who have an established relationship with FMG Construction. He previously worked with clients such as the City of Houston, METRO, Prairie View A&M University, University of Houston, Houston ISD, Aldine ISD, and more.

With over 30 years of experience, Patrick’s leadership has helped reshape the industry by enhancing various educational environments through innovative construction practices.
Patrick’s impact extends beyond blueprints. He oversees every facet of commercial projects, from inception to completion. But what truly sets him apart is his design engineering acumen and how it benefits FMG Construction’s clients. Patrick bridges the gap between design and execution. From material selection to energy-efficient designs, Patrick’s engineering expertise combined with his extensive experience in commercial construction safeguards project success.
